We are looking for an Ad Ops Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of digital campaigns ad management of our clients/agencies campaigns via our vendors platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients, agencies and vendors to work on digital campaign briefs
- Work with vendors to implement (campaign trafficking, tagging set up, naming convention) and oversee ad campaigns go-live process
- Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting
- Monitor active campaigns, communicating with clients/agencies and vendors as needed
- Capture and socialise best practices to optimize future campaign launches
- Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance
- Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation
- Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers & planners
