KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate colleague.
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
Handle incoming and outgoing email/mail.
Provide administrative support, coordinating the communication with clients/vendors and schedule meetings/conference calls.
Manage monthly invoicing procedures and communication with clients for balance/payment updates
WORKING HOURS
Full-time employment, Monday to Friday
Working hours are typically 8 hours a day
Extra hours are likely when deadlines are approaching
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
University or College Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing
Proven experience as administrative assistant, preferably in the Advertising/Marketing sector
Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written & spoken
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software
Excellent knowledge and understanding of professional E-Mail client software (Outlook, Apple Mail, G-Suite etc.)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years previous experience working in an advertising/marketing company or digital marketing agency is highly recommended.
