Now is the time for festive season planning as consumers are gearing up for what will be the biggest digital shopping season to date. Channel Factory commissioned research in Europe and the US to understand how consumers feel about the global economy and how they plan to shop this Christmas season.

In general, 64% of global respondents stated that they would edit their shopping behaviors to respond to the economy by spending less money overall, searching for deals, and by shopping online.
